WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

DOES ICS SHARE THE INFORMATION IT RECEIVES?

Information about our clients is an important part of our business and ICS is not in the business of selling it to others. We share personally identifiable information only as set forth below:

  1. By transfer to other ICS Group companies where it is necessary to meet the purpose for which you have submitted the information. By submitting data on any ICS Group company website, you are providing explicit consent to trans-border transmission of data collected on that website.

By transfer to third party agents and subcontractors which perform certain functions on behalf of ICS, such as sending email, removing repetitive information from client lists, analysing data and processing credit card payments. HOW DOES ICS PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us in order to prevent unauthorised access. However, the ICS site contains links to other websites. ICS does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other websites.

“Cookies” and how ICS uses them

A “cookie” is a small data file that can be placed on your hard drive when you visit certain websites. ICS websites may use cookies to collect, store and sometimes track information for statistical purposes to improve the products and services ICS provide and to manage the ICS telecommunication networks.
