Margaret has worked in the food industry since 1994 across Asia, North America and Australia with experience across numerous sectors of the industry including:

Margaret has current expertise in numerous audit programs including ISO9001, HACCP, ISO22000, FSSC22000, BRC Global Standard Food, BRC Global Standard Storage and Distribution and selected second party assessment programs (Feedsafe, Coles, WQAv8, ALDI, Spotless, Metcash, McDonalds, GFCP). Margaret is a global Approved Training Provider for:

  • BRC (Food Issue 7 , Storage and Distribution Issue 2)
  • Gluten Free Certification Program (GFCP)
  • The Allergens Bureau (VITAL)

Clare Winkel

Clare is a qualified Lead auditor in food production, food packaging, storage and distribution. Clare has worked in the food industry since 1987 across 13 countries in Europe, North America, the Caribbean and Australia. Clare has extensive experience and specialization in fisheries and aquaculture. She has been involved in tailoring seafood processing for wild harvest shellfish, molluscs, fish, cephalopods, reptiles and crustaceans. She has worked in government regulatory sectors and across private industry. Clare worked in the meat processing industry and prepared the current MSA standards used for grading meat.

Clare is certified in numerous programs including ISO9001, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC Global Standard Food, BRC Global Standard Storage and Distribution and selected second party assessment programs. She is also recognised by Australian food retailers for their standards in Feedsafe, Coles, Woolworths and Aldi.

Alyssa Smith

Client Support Manager

Alyssa joined ICS in August 2014 from SAI Global, after 5 years in customer service and scheduling food auditors to service national and global accounts.

Alyssa manages the customer service, scheduling, event nights, email campaigns and the back office. Alyssa operates the aXcelerate® online course registration program and is a Level 1 technical expert for the mobile auditing platform. Alyssa is studying a LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) with expected completion in 2016.
