Margaret has worked in the food industry since 1994 across Asia, North America and Australia with experience across numerous sectors of the industry including: baking industry, aged care, health care, beverage, high-risk ready-to-eat, fresh cut, produce, cereals and snacks, retail, food ingredient, confectionery, storage and distribution (auditing, consulting and training activities).

Margaret has current expertise in numerous audit programs including ISO9001, HACCP, ISO22000, FSSC22000, BRC Global Standard Food, BRC Global Standard Storage and Distribution and selected second party assessment programs (Feedsafe, Coles, WQAv8, ALDI, Spotless, Metcash, McDonalds, GFCP). Margaret is a global Approved Training Provider for:

BRC (Food Issue 8 , Storage and Distribution Issue 2), Gluten Free Certification Program (GFCP), The Allergens Bureau (VITAL), WQA (Food, Produce)

Clare Winkel

Clare is a qualified Lead auditor in food production, food packaging, storage and distribution. Clare has worked in the food industry since 1987 across 13 countries in Europe, North America, the Caribbean and Australia. Clare has extensive experience and specialization in fisheries and aquaculture. She has been involved in tailoring seafood processing for wild harvest shellfish, molluscs, fish, cephalopods, reptiles and crustaceans. She has worked in government regulatory sectors and across private industry. Clare worked in the meat processing industry and prepared the current MSA standards used for grading meat.

Clare is certified in numerous programs including ISO9001, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC Global Standard Food, BRC Global Standard Storage and Distribution and selected second party assessment programs. She is also recognised by Australian food retailers for their standards in Feedsafe, Coles, Woolworths and Aldi.

Patrycja McLaughlin

Client Support Manager

B.Bus (Hons)

Patrycja joined ICS in July 2018 to service national and global accounts.

Patrycja has significant experience in business development and relationship marketing in industries such as Disability Employment, Job Placement and Training, Telecommunications, and Artisan Craft and Design.  Most recently Patrycja held the position of Operations Manager for a small skin care distribution business.  Patrycja has a strong interest in ethical business practices and corporate social responsibility.
