Who are we?

Integrity Compliance Solutions is an Australian-based company offering comprehensive recognised training and advice across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia in all aspects of supply chain management, specialising in agri-food safety and security. ICS delivers training internationally through a series of scheduled public training courses, as well as standard and personally tailored training options. We offer extensive information and training on a range of nationally recognised qualifications to ensure your business and staff are operating in a compliant manner within current legal standards and customer requirements.

Food industry experience

ICS has a number of specialists located across Australia and our services extend to cover Australia and New Zealand with offerings in South East Asia. Our trainers have extensive experience in food safety, auditing, quality management, operational management, technical and regulatory experience.

Each of our specialists has a degree and/or postgraduate science, food and technical qualifications in addition to experience across a range of food sectors including high-risk and low-risk manufacturing, horticulture, meat, retort, seafood, health and aged care. ICS have BRC approved training providers for the BRC Global Standard Food Issue 7 and BRC Global Standard Storage and Distribution Issue 2.

Our specialists are actively involved in food safety training, consulting and third-party auditing against GFSI standards including BRC, SQF2000, ISO22000, FSSC22000 and retailer standards such as Coles, WQAv8, Spotless, Subway, McDonalds, Metcash and ALDI.

Margaret is a global Approved Training Provider for:

Clare Winkel

Clare is a qualified Lead auditor in food production, food packaging, storage and distribution. Clare has worked in the food industry since 1987 across 13 countries in Europe, North America, the Caribbean and Australia. Clare has extensive experience and specialization in fisheries and aquaculture. She has been involved in tailoring seafood processing for wild harvest shellfish, molluscs, fish, cephalopods, reptiles and crustaceans. She has worked in government regulatory sectors and across private industry. Clare worked in the meat processing industry and prepared the current MSA standards used for grading meat.

Clare is certified in numerous programs including ISO9001, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC Global Standard Food, BRC Global Standard Storage and Distribution and selected second party assessment programs. She is also recognised by Australian food retailers for their standards in Feedsafe, Coles, Woolworths and Aldi.

Alyssa Smith — Client Support Manager

Alyssa Smith

Alyssa joined ICS in August 2014 from SAI Global, after 5 years in customer service and scheduling food auditors to service national and global accounts.

Alyssa manages the customer service, scheduling, event nights, email campaigns and the back office. Alyssa operates the aXcelerate® online course registration program and is a Level 1 technical expert for the mobile auditing platform. Alyssa is studying a LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) with expected completion in 2016.
